This version of teriyaki sauce adds a different punch to the sweetness, making it perfect for those who enjoy a blend of sweet and savory flavors. It works particularly well with grilled meats like chicken, beef, or shrimp, creating a delicious balance of caramelized sweetness and warmth.

Teriyaki Sauce

Your base level Teriyaki sauce is a sweet and savory Japanese glaze or marinade commonly used with grilled or stir-fried meats, seafood, and vegetables. It has a glossy texture and is known for its balance of sweetness and umami, creating a delicious caramelized coating when cooked.

The sauce is often simmered until slightly thickened and can be used as a marinade before cooking or brushed on during grilling to create a shiny, flavorful glaze. Teriyaki sauce adds a complex, sweet-salty flavor that enhances the natural taste of meats like chicken, beef, pork, or fish, making it a popular choice in both Japanese and fusion cuisine.

Katsu Sauce
$10.99

Our take on a classic Japanese-inspired katsu sauce—tangy, savory, and slightly sweet with a bold, balanced flavor. Made to pair perfectly with crispy chicken or pork katsu, but don’t stop there.

Crispy food’s best friend.

Fry Sauce
$10.99

A creamy, tangy fry sauce with the perfect balance of savory and sweet flavors. Made for fries, burgers, sandwiches, and just about anything in between.

I first discovered fry sauce while attending school in Utah. I had no idea what it was, but after trying it, I quickly fell in love. It was so simple—just ketchup and mayo—but incredibly good. Over the years, I started experimenting with it, adding my own spin to create the version you see today. From my time in Utah to cooking throughout college in California, and even serving it at our family restaurant, this sauce has been a staple wherever I’ve gone. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
